TIMING

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours between Monday to Friday and all orders received before 2pm AEST, Monday to Friday, on the same business day (not including weekends or Public Holidays)*. 

*During our busy periods, like End of Season Sale, same day dispatch may not be possible and we will aim to get your order out at our earliest convenience.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently only ship to New Zealand, however if you are based elsewhere and are interested in purchasing a Shop Louee piece, please email us at hello@shoplouee.com and we can work with you to provide an international shipping quote.
