Shipping 
Thank you for making a purchase with Shop Louee. Once your item has been made, we want to make sure it arrives as quickly as possible. Express delivery in Australia is free on all orders over $250 and $10 for all orders under $250.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking information, so you can keep track of its journey.

 

International shipping
At the moment, Shop Louee is only shipping to Australia. However, we are working on expanding this in the near future. If you would like a Shop Louee garment and you live outside of Australia, please contact hello@shoplouee.com for an update.

 

Returns
We want to make sure you love your Shop Louee purchase. If your purchase is not right, we will happily provide a full refund or online store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

 
Please make sure your item is in its original condition, unworn with tags attached. Refunds will be processed via the same method of payment previously used to purchase the item. All refunds will be processed within two business days from the date the item is received by Shop Louee.

 
The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty items 
We strive for well-made, high quality garments. However being hand made, faults of this nature can happen. We do apologise if this is the case and will work quickly to resolve this for you. Please contact hello@shoplouee.com with the details of your concern.
